Coaching sessions are conducted online and offline based on mutual preference and agreement. We have found that 6 sessions are optimal to start with, conducted over a period of several weeks or months. In the case of corporate engagement, a tri-party agreement is concluded to design the coaching journey and periodicity. Momentum is essential once you start on a coaching journey, and there should be no more than 2 to 4 weeks' gaps between sessions. Based on the length of the journey, there is always a periodic review and an opportunity to extend the coaching journey. This requires a new agreement to be formed.
Each person’s coaching journey will be different because we all perceive situations differently and have a different impact. However, in the overall structure, we first understand you and your world, the challenges you face, your context and what you really want to achieve at the end of the journey. We then together design the coaching journey during our first session.
Consulting involves expertise in the area where the client or business seeks to solve a business HR problem, enhance people processes, and focus on business expansion and growth.
Eélan defines “Consulting as a practice of collaboration between the Consultant and the Client representatives, wherein the consultants typically work as subject matter experts in a specific area of the client's profession. The Consultant helps the Client identify and assess business problems and provides market standard solutions, practices, strategies, advice, training, or acts as a facilitator to help achieve client goals and objectives.” The engagement and project(s) between the Consultant and the Client can be short-term and long-term.

Coaching- ICF defines coaching as, "partnering with clients for a stipulated period of time in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential."
Mentoring- Coaching and mentoring are both about facilitating growth. However, a mentor is someone who guides and advises using prior knowledge and experience in a particular area or challenges you are facing. Their focus will mainly be to help you overcome the challenges you face in your context and anything that might be stopping you from progressing.
A coach will go deeper. Their focus will be on you, the person bringing the challenge. They will support you to explore your patterns, strengths, blind spots, motivations and values. The coach will help you see how you are responding to the challenge and what might need to shift internally for you to move forward positively. The overall goal of the coach is to facilitate insight and learning and put you in touch with your own resources and creativity. A coach will not tell you what to do, but will help you understand the real issue and what you can do about it.

We will ask you questions you have never considered before, and may also suggest using some creative approaches from different modalities to fully explore different perspectives on a situation.
